HR tech company Talent Connects has launched its new ‘HR Software’. Following the successful implementation of its Applicant Tracking System (ATS), the company has introduced a complete HR solution that includes payroll, performance management, and HR automation. As per the company, two years ago it launched Nepal’s first LinkedIn-integrated ATS system, which gained strong traction among organizations. According to Managing Director Diwash Thapa, the new HR software was developed after companies using the ATS demanded payroll and performance tracking features. He stated that the product went live after around six months of development following the success of the ATS. The company says many HR software products currently available in the market come with fixed modules and limited customization options. However, Talent Connects’ HR software can be customized according to a country’s legal framework and a company’s internal policies. It also allows organizations to set KPIs and track employee performance efficiently. A key highlight of the software is its multi-country and multi-currency support. The company claims it will be particularly useful for businesses planning to expand beyond Nepal or for multinational companies. To mark the launch, the company is offering a 20 percent discount. Talent Connects operates in Nepal as well as in the United States. Its software and consulting services are currently used by more than 300 organizations across Nepal, the US, Canada, India, the UK, and Bangladesh. The company had also raised over NPR 35 million in investment from the first season of Shark Tank Nepal.
