GUMP, a product by Genese Solution, was recognized as one of the top five Agentic AI solutions for the SMB market segment at the recently concluded AWS Shark Tank competition, co-hosted by AWS and Ingram Micro at the AWS re:invent, which saw participation from companies across the globe. GUMP is already demonstrating strong real-world adoption in Nepal. More than 6 organizations across the banking sector are currently using the platform to enhance how they interact with their customers delivering more timely, relevant, and personalized communication. In addition, another 6 organizations are in the onboarding pipeline, reflecting increasing demand as businesses look to modernize their engagement strategies. This growing domestic momentum further validates GUMP’s maturity and strengthens its position as a globally competitive AI-powered campaign solution. Genese solution was joined by companies from New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the United States of America as finalists. “There was a very good response to our solution, and we are getting a lot of interest about the growth potential of it in the global market,” said Anjani Phuyal, CEO of Genese Solution. He said that it was a very good opportunity for Genese to showcase its strength at the most competitive global stage. Niranjan Kunwar, global CTO and CISO of Genese Solution, who also attended the event, noted that GUMP demonstrated the technical excellence and global competitiveness of Genese’s engineering and development teams. “It is encouraging to see our software being recognised and valued in the international market,” he added. AWS re:Invent 2025 AWS re:Invent 2025 signalled a fundamental shift from AI assistants to autonomous agents capable of working independently for days, transforming how organizations approach digital transformation. The five-day event (December 1-5) brought together over 50,000 on-site attendees and millions tuning in remotely. AWS unveiled three specialized “frontier agents” designed to work autonomously on complex, multi-day projects: Kiro Agent: A virtual software developer that navigates multiple code repositories, fixes bugs, and submits pull requests for human review. Amazon uses this internally for its own development. AWS Security Agent: Conducts automated application security reviews and context-aware penetration testing, creating customized attack plans based on design documents and source code. AWS DevOps Agent: Responds to system outages by generating detailed mitigation plans that engineers can approve and execute. Key takeaways for decision-makers: 1. Agentic AI is production-ready: With policy controls, memory, and evaluation frameworks, enterprises can confidently deploy agents in regulated environments 2. Custom models are accessible: Nova Forge democratizes frontier model development for organizations that need industry-specific intelligence 3. Infrastructure flexibility matters: AI Factories enable on-premises AI deployment while maintaining cloud capabilities 4. Modernization is accelerating: AI-powered transformation tools can tackle decades of technical debt in months 5. Cost optimization is prioritized: New pricing models help manage the economics of AI adoption “As an AWS Premier Tier Partner, we at Genese Solution are excited to help organizations navigate these innovations and develop strategies to leverage agentic AI for transformative business outcomes,” said Phuyal, who is also AWS Ambassador for the UK and Ireland. In 2024, Genese Solution achieved the AWS Generative AI Services Competency, placing the company among an elite group of just 136 AWS partners worldwide. This recognition highlights Genese’s expertise in building advanced AI solutions using technologies such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker Jumpstart. Notably, AWS announced that it planned to add only about 50 more partners to this competency group by 2025, underscoring how selective and competitive the program truly is. Genese began their journey with AWS in 2018 as a Select Partner and moved up to the Advanced Tier in 2019. With a growing team of more than 50 AWS-certified engineers, the company has supported many businesses, especially in fintech, in moving to the cloud. In June 2025, Genese reached a major milestone by becoming an AWS Premier Tier Partner. Last year, Genese was a Showcase Sponsor at AWS re:Invent, featuring its AI-powered tool, GANDALF INSIGHT. This year’s participation further underscores the company’s focus on learning, building, and collaborating with cloud experts to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving world of technology.
