Kathmandu. The deadline for filing complaints under the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 BS has been extended. Now, victims can file complaints within 90 days from the date of coming to know about the offence. This new provision has come into legal effect with the publication of the ‘Act to Amend Certain Nepal Acts, 2082 BS’ in the Nepal Gazette. Earlier, this deadline was 35 days.
