HBL concludes 33rd AGM, approves financials & reappoints auditor - english.makalukhabar.com

KATHMANDU: The 33rd Annual General Meeting of Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has been concluded today. The AGM, chaired by the Chair of the BOD Mr. Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha, has endorsed the consolidated Financial Statement ofthe Bank and its Subsidiaries. On behalf of the BOD, Mr. Shrestha presented the financial statement of the Bank of the FY 2081-82 in the AGM. The AGM of the Bank decided to re-appoint CA Ranjeev & Associates as the auditor of the Bank for the Fiscal Year 2082183 inline with the Company Act, 2063, Clause no. 111. Likewise, the Annual General Meeting of the Bank also authorized the Board to carry out necessary procedures related to BOD structure inline with the revised capital structure as per the instruction of the regulator.
