KATHMANDU: Kumari Bank Limited successfully held its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday at Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Road, Tangal, Kathmandu. During the meeting, the shareholders approved the board of directors’ annual report, the auditor’s report, and the financial statements for the fiscal year 2081/82, including balances, profit and loss accounts up to the end of Ashad 2082, and other related financial disclosures.
