The makers of the Nepali film Soltini have announced its new release date, unveiling five posters at once. The film, starring Prakash Saput and Parikshya Limbu, will hit theaters nationwide on Kartik 6, coinciding with Bhai Tika. A notable aspect of the production is the involvement of “Harka Sampang Revolution and Team” as executive producers, led by Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Harka Raj Sampang Rai. The film is directed by Arjun Subedi and features a cast that includes Wilson Bikram Rai, Sabbu Gurung, Ravindra Jha, Prakash Ghimire, Prem Subba, Kavita Ale, Sundar Dhital, and Sujan Khatiwada alongside the lead pair. The four different posters highlight the film’s themes of love, culture, and rural life, with one poster emphasizing the romantic chemistry between the lead actors. The story aims to raise a voice against inhuman practices and caste-based discrimination, while the central narrative focuses on a love story. Filming took place in scenic locations including Ilam Bazaar, Biblayante, Kanyam, Birtamode, Pathari, and Bhojpur. Music for the film is composed by Prashant Siwakoti and Hercules Basnet, while cinematography is by Sushan Prajapati. The script was written by Arjun Subedi and Kumar Bhattarai. The producers are Regina Bista and Sansar Chaulagai, with Roshan Chaulagai, Basant Katuwal, and Sujan Adhikari serving as co-producers. The film is a joint production of Planet Three Films and Yolo Entertainment. Posters and publicity were designed by Royal Bhimesen and Trident Concept.
